Everything I want to remember about leading teams.
I have been leading teams even before I graduated college! Yeah, no kidding. I was about to go into my 2nd year when COVID-19 came, which is also when I had my accident. And, if you read my previous post, that is also when I got serious about what I wanted to do with my life. Well, I got so serious that I started leading teams while in my 3rd year itself! My father, being a victim of early-bossism himself, showed a little remorse and wanted me to work under guidance for a little more. But, being the kid that I still am, it was a dream too good to give up! It was not too long before I started to understand my father's feelings and why he felt it was too early for me. Leading a team means that you always have to be careful, presentable, available and most difficult of all, serious while making decisions.
